What a fantastic show our lads put on yesterday in a hard-fought 2-1 win against a quality Punjab United side. It wasn’t just about the result, it was about the hunger, discipline and togetherness this team is starting to show. I want to personally thank Chipie and everyone at Punjab United for coming down and allowing us to host them at The Lane. They really put us through our paces and gave us exactly the kind of challenge we needed. We’re proud of our performance, but above all, we have the utmost respect for Punjab United and wish them nothing but success for their upcoming season.
