“Fellow Lane supporters,
As your Chairman, I want to speak directly and honestly about where we find ourselves — and where we’re going.
It’s been a tough run on the pitch, and I know the position we occupy in the table is not where we belong nor reflect the ambition this club holds. But every tough moment is an opportunity, and this club is nothing if not resilient.
First, to the lads in the changing room: you’ve shown commitment, you’ve shown heart, and you’ve shown resilience. But commitment and heart alone won’t carry us through — every practice rep, every sprint when you’re tired, every extra yard must come from a place of purpose. We must sharpen our focus: chest, arms, every duel, every second ball counts.
To our back-office, volunteers, and coaching team: we will back you fully. We are building infrastructure — facilities at Tithe Farm, support for youth, community links — because this isn’t just about one season: it’s about legacy. Best practice matters.
To our loyal supporters and local community in Harrow: thank you for sticking with us through the highs and the lows. Your energy, your voices, your presence are what drive us forward. We may be bottom of the league now, but the spirit of the Lane never dies.
The plan is clear:
Fix the fundamentals — defensive structure, pressing with intent, set-piece clarity.
Elevate our strength & conditioning, because when the legs are tired, we lose our battles.
Embed a ‘one-club’ culture: senior squad, pathway, youth teams, fans — unified around identity, performance, accountability.
We’re not making excuses — we’re making a plan. We will review, refine, rebuild. We will climb.
This is our club, our community, our Lane. And we don’t back down.
Up the Lane!
Pete Singh
Chairman
